How are shipments and deliveries made?
We work with french post office and Relay Colis, depending on your place of residence. Whatever the chosen delivery method, a parcel tracking number will be sent to you by email. Without news of your package, you can contact us here.

We accept Paypal and credit / debit cards on sboxers.com.
The Paypal and Stripe companies that handle payments for sboxers.com were chosen for their security and reliability. The SBCLOTHING company does not store any data of your payment method.

Do you accept returns?
We take care to describe our boxers as best as possible in order to avoid returns.
If, however, you are not satisfied with your underwear or if you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service at sales@sboxers.com so that we can organize a return or an exchange. All returns must go through an exchange of email. We will not be able to make any refund without prior agreement.

About subscriptions
When will I receive my first boxers?
Your first boxers will be shipped the day of your subscription – it takes between 2 and 10 days to arrive at your door, depends on your location. You’ll receive your next boxers around the same date each month unless you cancel your subscription.
When will I receive my Limited Edition boxers?
You’ll receive your first Limited Edition Satin Boxers with your 6th package. So, after 6 month of subscription, you’ll receive 2 boxers in the same package. Your Satin Boxers of the month plus your first Limited Edition Satin Boxers.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Sure, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can also pause your subscription for a specific duration and resume it when you want. It’s up to you!
Can I change my boxers size subscription?
Yes cou can change the size of your boxers subscription at anytime. For that, go to My account > My subscriptions.
